Paul

Hello! I’m Paul, happily married to Helen, and proud parents to our wonderful daughter, Tally, who inspired me to create Inclusion 21.
With experience at the DWP and various carer charities, I’ve gained valuable insights into the additional needs and disabilities communities. My British Sign Language (BSL) qualification enhances my ability to connect with everyone who visits our center. I’m dedicated to making a positive impact and ensuring that all feel welcome and included.
Megan

Hello! I’m Megan, and I have 13 years of experience in health and social care.
I created Inclusion 21 to provide a safe, friendly, and fun space for adults with disabilities to make friends and learn life skills. Every day at the center is special as I spend time with my Inclusion 21 family, creating wonderful memories together. In just four years, Inclusion 21 has achieved so much, but many exciting goals and fun experiences are still ahead!
Mandy

Hello! I’m Mandy, a proud wife and mother of three grown-up children, and I cherish my role as a hands-on Nanny to my adorable grandbabies.
With over 20 years of experience working with children and adults with additional needs and disabilities, I’ve dedicated my career to making a positive impact. For the past three years, I’ve been part of the fantastic team at Inclusion21, where I truly love what I do and the incredible people I work alongside. I also provide respite care to support families in need.
Kim

Hello! I’m Kim, and I have worked with adults with disabilities and additional needs for many years now. My role at Inclusion 21 is incredibly fulfilling, and I truly love what I do – every day brings new opportunities for fun and connection.
At home, I’m kept on my toes by my two amazing children and my wonderful husband. We also have a cheeky sausage dog who adds a sprinkle of mischief to our lives! Balancing work and family keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
